General Delivery
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

We partner with UPS, FedEx, Canada Post to ensure your chocolate arrives safely and swiftly.

Estimated delivery times vary by province but typically range from 2–7 business days via standard ground services.
"Chocolate Care" Protocol
Premium single-origin chocolate is a living, delicate product. To prevent melting and preserve the complex flavor profiles of our Colombian cacao, we implement specialized shipping standards.
Warm Weather Shipping
We make every effort to insulate each container to protect its contents. However, chocolate is sensitive, and its shape may be affected by extreme heat or cold variations during transit.
Note: Temperature changes can cause the natural cocoa butter to separate, creating small white spots on the surface (known as "bloom"). This is a completely normal process that only changes the physical appearance; it does not affect the chocolate's benefits or quality, and it is entirely safe to consume.
Strategic Shipping Days
To avoid our chocolate sitting in non-climate-controlled carrier warehouses over the weekend, transit-sensitive orders are primarily shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Destinations
Currently, we ship exclusively within Canada (Domestic) through our automated checkout. For shipments to the United States, please contact us at hello@andariego.ca for a custom quote and feasibility check.
Damages & Issues
While we take every precaution with our "Chocolate Care" protocol, we cannot guarantee against melting if packages are left outdoors in direct sunlight after delivery. We recommend shipping to an address where someone will be available to receive the package immediately (such as an office or air-conditioned home).
